Return & Exchange Policy

At ZOË by Zornitsa, each piece is thoughtfully designed to embody confidence, elegance, and individuality. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Be shipped using the official return shipping label provided by ZOË by Zornitsa

Returns sent without our approved return label will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

Final Sale items, custom-made pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at customercarezornitsabaeva@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive our official return shipping label.
  3. Ship the item using only the provided label within 5 days of approval.

Returns sent independently without authorization or without our provided label will not be processed.

Exchanges

Due to limited collections and exclusive drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
If you require a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (subject to approval).

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at customercarezornitsabaeva@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

We will resolve the matter promptly.
