Free Shipping
ZOË by Zornitsa offers free standard delivery on orders over 800 €. Please note that free shipping will be applied at checkout.
Shipping Fees:
- UPS Standard: 15 €
- UPS Express: 30 €

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take longer.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day. During sale periods, high order volumes may result in longer delivery times.
All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS typically operates between 9 AM and 6 PM on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, such as your work address (recommended).
Taxes and Duties
Prices are listed in Euros and include taxes but exclude customs duties.
For orders outside the EU, prices also include taxes but customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
For international orders:
All applicable duties are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount you will pay, but your local customs should be able to provide an estimate.
ZOË by Zornitsa cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
Important Information
Delivery times are only guidelines and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, or customs delays. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. All orders are fully traceable through UPS.com.
First-Time Order Policy
For safety reasons, ZOË by Zornitsa reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the verified billing address or work address of the cardholder. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please ensure you provide accurate billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.
Insurance
ZOË by Zornitsa insures each purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you specify a recipient other than yourself for delivery, you accept that a signature from that third party is sufficient proof of delivery.
Order Status
All orders are shipped with UPS and are fully traceable on their website. You can always contact them if you have questions about your shipment.

Exchanges
Currently, we cannot offer exchanges on our products. You can create a new order for the style you prefer and initiate your return in the meantime. You will be refunded for the returned item according to our return policy. If you have any questions, please contact customercarezornitsabaeva@gmail.com
There is NO right to cancel orders for goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized. ZOË by Zornitsa treats sizes :XXS, L, XL, XXL as a special, persionalized orders, which cannot be exchanged or refunded.
