**Terms and Conditions of Sale**

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the purchase of products (the "Products") available on our website, [https://zoe.clothing/](https://zoe.clothing/) (the "Website"). 

### 1. Eligibility
Products sold by ZOË by Zornitsa are exclusively for end consumers (individuals or legal entities) and not for resale. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for personal use and not for commercial purposes.

### 2. Acceptance of Terms
Placing an order on the Website implies your acceptance of these Terms and the prices and Products listed. ZOË by Zornitsa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

### 3. Order Process
To place an order, follow these steps:

1. **Product Selection:** Choose your desired Product.
2. **Review Cart:** Verify the items in your cart and remove any unwanted Products.
3. **Identification:** Complete the identification form with required information (name, email, phone number, etc.).
4. **Order Confirmation:** Review your order details, including shipping and billing addresses. Confirm acceptance of the Terms by checking the box provided. Once confirmed, your order cannot be modified or canceled.
5. **Order Acknowledgment:** You will receive an email summarizing your order details, including delivery and invoicing addresses, order number, and shipping method.
6. **Shipping Confirmation:** Upon dispatch, you will receive another email confirming shipment. The contract is formed upon this confirmation.

**Note:** Orders are for Consumers only. Orders deemed commercial or fraudulent will not be accepted. ZOË by Zornitsa may limit quantities per order.

### 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. For updates on your shipment, please visit the carrier's website (e.g., UPS).

### 5. Product Availability
Product offers and prices are valid while visible on the Website and subject to availability. If a Product is unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full cancellation at no cost.

### 6. Pricing
Prices are in Euros and may be converted into other currencies (USD, GBP, etc.). Prices are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties for orders outside the EU. ZOË by Zornitsa reserves the right to change prices without notice.

### 7. Payment Methods
Payment is secure through our approved financial institutions. The ordered Products remain the property of ZOË by Zornitsa until full payment is received. Handling and shipping costs vary based on location and order value.

### 8. Delivery
Orders are typically processed within three business days. Delivery times may vary, but generally range from 4 to 9 business days. For pre-orders, delivery may take longer. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel the order at no cost.

Upon delivery, inspect the Products immediately. Any discrepancies must be reported within 3 days. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or other issues, ZOË by Zornitsa cannot be held responsible.

### 9. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the specified timeframe. To initiate a return, use the enclosed return form or contact customer service. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

### 11. Limitation of Liability
ZOË by Zornitsa is not liable for damages resulting from failures outside our control.
